My son Matthew is a graduate of Oregon State University. He first became interested
in the piano at around four years of age, and began writing his own piecies of music
by age 14. Now he is creating beautiful melodies that all ages and types of people
can enjoy. He now has made 3 CD's of original music spanning musical genres such
as classical, new age, and ragtime.

I started playing piano around age 3 or 4...dad had always played professionally,
and I saw how people responded to him; becoming very happy, and touched. This was
my initial motivation to play ever since I was very young. I began experimenting
with writing songs when I was 14, and recorded my first cd "A Brighter View" when
I was 18. Since then, my overall musical ability and writing ability have improved
greatly, and I have been giving performances over Oregon and Washington with and
without my Dad. If you enjoy my music, and would like to purchase one of my CD's
please feel free to go to my personal website
where you can listen to and purchase all of my music. Anyway, I hope you like my
music, please feel free to email me at mattsoccer7@hotmail.com with any question/inquirys
you might have! You can also listen to and/or download Matt's sample music at his
MySpace site.

Me! (A personal look)

I am an individual who likes to laugh a lot and have fun..I really enjoy being with
my friends but often find myself at the piano! I have been lucky enough to record
many self-composed CD's thanks to my Dad and David Lange Studios.
I really enjoy different cultures. I have 3-4 years of formal study of Japanese
and have spent time in Japan which was a wonderful experience... I'm now learning
Vietnamese which is nearly impossible! I think I'm lucky to have such an wonderful
family, great friends, and a great girlfriend.
I've been playing soccer since I was about 8. I was voted state Player of the Year
in 2001, my senior year (my one thing I'll be able to brag about for the rest of
my life! = ). I went on to study at Oregon State, where I stayed for the next 5
years. In my time abroad in Japan I had the opportunity to try out for some J-league
soccer teams. I love games, and am known to play the popular interactive game dance
game "Dance Dance Revolution" where I am current ranked in the top 1 percentile
of the nation. Thank you for checking out my page!
